Reporting that connects the dots
See what each campaign set in motion, from the mailing to the page visit to the smile preview, right next to what your team says happened after reaching out.
Activity and outcomes, side by side

Know what happened after the postcard
A postcard in a mailbox is only the beginning. What matters is what came next: who scanned it, who saw their smile preview, who reached your team, and who decided to move forward. Reporting keeps those steps in one place, so you don't have to piece the story together from memory.
Each mailing in your portal shows where it stands, from entering the send queue to delivery tracking being complete. Beside it, you can see how many households opened your smile-preview page from that card and how many went on to see their preview. Connected digital campaigns appear in the same view.
When someone completes their preview, your team gets an email with their name, contact details, and where they came from. Alerts arrive during your office hours, so a late-night lead waits for the morning instead of sitting in an empty inbox. If several people come in at once, they arrive together in one email.
That same email has one-tap buttons for how it went: couldn't reach them, reached them but no visit, came in but didn't book, or came in and booked treatment. Whoever reads the front-desk inbox can answer without signing in. Your team can also record outcomes from the leads list in your portal and add an optional case-value range when someone books.
Every Monday morning, a performance email summarizes the week before: page visits, started and completed requests, smile previews, and booking clicks, each compared with the previous week. It also shows which channel brought in the most interest, whether postcards, office displays, or your website.
What reporting includes
See the whole journey, not just the first step
Activity shows you that people are curious. Outcomes show you what that curiosity became. Seeing the two together helps you understand which mailings, displays, and pages are starting real conversations for your practice.
Recording an outcome takes a moment, and anything beyond the first tap is optional. The more your team records, the clearer the picture of what's working for your practice.
