Data-driven targeting
Reach the nearby households most likely to become patients. Local data helps choose the homes, and you can see your audience on a map before anything is mailed.
The right homes, close to your practice

Start with the homes that matter
Mailing every address in town spreads your budget thin. Most of those households were never likely to visit your practice. A smaller audience of well-chosen homes gives each postcard a better chance to land with someone who is ready to listen.
We start with local household data around your office. Each home is compared with the others in your area, and the homes that look most likely to become new patients come first. Drive time from your office matters too, so your audience stays close to where patients would actually come.
You can see it all on a map. Find your practice, then explore the homes in your proposed audience. Set how far you want to reach by drive time, include or leave out nearby places, and ask questions in plain language as the audience takes shape.
When you send your audience in, its homes are held for your practice while our team reviews it. Once your plan begins, those homes stay with your practice, and no other practice can add them to its audience. Before the first postcard goes out, our team also reviews the actual homes on a map.
A single blast rarely catches someone at the right moment. The decision to fix a smile often follows a wedding, a new job, or a photo someone didn't love. Your selected homes are split into balanced groups and mailed on a repeating schedule, so each household hears from you again over time instead of just once.
What goes into your audience
Fewer wasted postcards, more familiar faces
Good targeting means your postcards reach people who live nearby and are more likely to care. Repeat mailings mean your practice is a name they already know when the moment to act arrives.
Start by finding your practice and exploring the households around it. You can see the homes you're considering before you choose a plan, and our team reviews everything before anything mails.
